Our Story
When we set out to build our home, working with a builder, we experienced first hand how the construction industry comfortably accepts lack of communication, transparency and accountability, leaving the buyer overwhelmed. Coming from a client servicing industry, we knew things could be done better and set out to establish a home building process that makes buyers feel empowered, trusting NALS to do the heavy lifting while providing transparent project status and delivering quality product. What began as a shared dream between husband and wife has grown into a disciplined and design-driven home building company and we continue to improve and streamline our processes and systems.

Managing Partner
Neelam brings over 20 years of experience in finance and large-scale global project management. She leads marketing and process management while serving as liaison with legal teams, architects, vendors and designers. Her structured approach ensures projects move seamlessly from concept through completion.
Sidd Jain
Managing Partner
With over 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in the real estate tax industry, Sidd oversees property acquisition, trade management, and day-to-day construction operations. He also manages investor and financial institution relationships, ensuring every project is financially sound and operationally disciplined.
